Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
As the CFO, you will play a key role in managing all financial aspects of the organisation including our EU-funded projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance.
Responsibilities:
· Assist the Director in the financial management of the organisaiton
· Prepare, analyze and present project budgets for European-funded projects, considering all necessary expenses and ensuring accurate financial planning.
· Analyze financial information to ensure all project operations are within budget and identify areas for cost optimization or efficiency improvements.
· Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for management and external auditors, ensuring compliance with EU reporting requirements.
· Responsible for the overall management of a time-recording system for all staff working on projects to accurately track project costs and ensure proper allocation of resources.
· Supervise project teams to provide financial insights and guidance during project planning and execution phases.
· Ensure proper financial controls are in place to safeguard project funds and assets.
· Coordinate with external auditors and funding agencies to facilitate project audits and financial reviews.
· Support the financial and administrative planning, monitoring, and reporting of EU-funded projects.
· Ensure proper budgeting, budget follow-up, finance reporting, audits, and compliance.
· Supervise with the financial office staff to facilitate project financial reporting and audits. • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions covering the activities implemented through the projects.
· Train and guide researchers, project managers, and project officers on project finances, administration, and budget management.
· Follow European Commission and other relevant financial rules and regulations.
Required Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:
• Preferably 5 years of experience with accounting and reporting of European-funded projects, with a strong understanding of EU financial regulations and guidelines.
• Chartered or Certified Accountant, or with Degrees Accounting, or holder of an LCCI higher certification or similar qualification.
• Proficiency in accounting software and excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel, for financial analysis and reporting purposes.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English languages, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and management abilities to effectively handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic character with excellent teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Hardworking and goal-oriented mindset, driven to achieve financial excellence and project success.
• Competence in financial management systems.

Senior EU Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage EU funded projects (such as Erasmus+, Amif, Horizon).
Develop project proposals
Lead a team of junior project officers
Assist and guide junior project officers; be available to review their work; inspire, coach, and mentor them
Travel abroad to attend meetings and conferences
Network and promote the work of the Center in Cyprus and abroad

EU Project Officer
Responsibilities:
Coordinate EU-funded projects to ensure successful implementation
Contribute to the development and writing of Erasmus+ project proposals
Prepare and submit narrative reports
Plan and implement effective communication and dissemination activities
Carry out other project-related tasks as required by project plan
Required Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications::
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the management and implementation of European projects
Experience in the development of project proposals
Excellent command of both Greek and English languages

Graphic Designer
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our EU project’s brand message across a variety of print and digital platforms. Fluency in Greek and English is essential, as well as video creation skills to create video animations and event videos in general.
Responsibilities:
Create visually attractive designs for our marketing collateral, including logos, brochures, flyers, presentations, and social media graphics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts that align with our brand guidelines and business goals
Produce high-quality design assets, including logos, icons, and infographics, that convey complex ideas in a simple and engaging way
Create video animations and event videos that bring our projects to life and engage our target audience
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continually enhance our visual identity
Required Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
