Sign Language - Syria

The project aims to support the educational needs of adult deaf Syrian migrants by adding the Syrian Sign Language to an already existing on-line educational tool “Spread the Sign." Apart from translating the dictionary in Arabic language and Syrian Sign Language, the Greek, Cypriot and Bulgarian sign languages will be added as these neighboring countries to Syria and Turkey are in great need to support appropriately the hearing impaired Syrian migrants. Other beneficiaries will be people with hearing disabilities in partners’ countries and all over Europe, sign language teachers, sign language interpreters, and special education teachers in adult education. The project brings together organisations from Sweden, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey and Cyprus. It is funded under the Erasmus+ programme for the period 2017-2020.

LINGUA+ : Innovative host country language learning through socio-cultural inclusion and empathy

The project Lingua+ goes straight into the heart of migrant integration in Europe. A basic knowledge of the host-country's language is a crucial factor in determining integration success across Europe. Lingua+ brings innovation into the linguistic integration of migrants by offering tools to language teachers through state of the art methodologies and practices embedded into socio-cultural interplay. The partnership consists of organisations from Iceland, Great Britain, Italy, Cyprus and Czech Republic. It is funded by the Erasmus+ programme for the period 2017-2020.

MAV - Multidimensional training of adult volunteers to foster migrants' integration

The project MAV views integration as an interactive system of relationships, related to choice and needs. Within this framework, this Erasmus+ project promotes the social inclusion of migrants by involving stakeholders and implementing a combination of interconnected and real-life based adult learning addressed to migrant volunteers (through testing and validation). The project's result is an integrated learning package with innovative motivation and guidance tools which ensures migrants volunteers’ interest. The consortium consists of partners from Germany, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Romania, and Cyprus. It is funded by the Erasmus+ programme for the period 2017-2019.

Concordia - Harnessing the power of digital media tools to prevent the radicalisation of vulnerable youth

The radicalization of vulnerable youth within Europe is a relatively new issue and the latest one that youth professional and front-line staff are being asked to address. CONCORDIA provides an innovative and comprehensive response to support youth professionals and other front-line workers. The partnership brings together organisations from Cyprus, Germany, Ireland, Romania, France, Finland and Germany. It is funded by the Erasmus+ programme for the period 2016-2018.

ACUMEN - Career Management Skills: a New Literacy for Employment

ACUMEN is an Erasmus+ project which aims at a completely new approach in career management skills and resources and considers career management as (a) a subject to be taught, (b) as a set of competences to be developed and updated, and (c) a skill set to be used and re-used throughout one’s working life. The partnership consists of organisations from Austria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Italy, Finland, United Kingdom, Germany and Italy. It is led by European Learning Network, UK. It is funded by the Erasmus+ programme for the period 2016-2018.

YESict - Developing Young Entrepreneurial Skills

Convinced that “Being an entrepreneur” has to be taught, this European project, financed by Erasmus +, gathers 6 partners with complementary experiences from Cyprus, Denmark, France, Spain, and Austria. YESict aims to design and experiment in real conditions an innovative pedagogical program using new technologies to teach entrepreneurial skills to junior high school students. The coordinator of the project is antic, France.It is funded by the Erasmus+ programme for the period 2015-2018

TVSD - Technical and Vocational Skills Development

The "TVSD" is an Erasmus+ project which aims to use innovative methods based on Vocational Education and Training to develop personal skills, improving students' results at school, and making classes more interactive and appealing to students. The project was developed in partnership with five organizations in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Slovenia, Spain and Turkey. It is coordinated by CKU (Centre of Continuing Education) of Bialystok, Poland. It is funded by the Erasmus+ programme for the period 2016-2018.

COMEET+ :Community Entrepreneurship Education

Comeet+ is an Erasmus Plus KA2 programme aiming at promoting a holistic approach to entrepreneurship education based on the idea that community actors (parents, teachers, youth educators, people working in associations active at community level) have a responsibility when it comes to shape young people mindset. The partnership consists of organisations from 6 countries in Europe: Italy, Holland, Romania, Cyprus and Belgium. The Regional Government of Extremadura in Spain leads the project. It is funded by the Erasmus+ programme for the period 2015-2017.
